Beauty Review – Barry M Flawless Chisel Cheeks Contour Kit

Barry M Flawless Chisel Cheeks Contour Kit Review

Barry M Flawless Chisel Cheeks Contour Kit the name itself says it all. It has 3 powder shades inside:

• Light powder: to use as highlighter
• Medium brown: to use as bronzer
• Dark brown: to use as sculptor

Beauty Review – Barry M Flawless Chisel Cheeks Contour Kit

Appearance/Packaging:
It is in a pocket size kit that has a tutorial picture inside for guideline. Unfortunately, it has no mirror and no brushes included. To be honest, I prefer that it comes with a mirror.

Pigmentation:
• Light powder: to use as highlighter

This is more of a white/cream colour matte talcum powder than a highlighter. I won’t apply it as a highlighter.

• Medium brown: to use as bronzer

The pigmentation is good, buildable, average wash out, and it is a nice neutral brown shade that will suit any olive skin tone like me.

• Dark brown: to use as a sculptor

This shade is a bit too dark for me. I guess, a little dab on the face with this powder will go a long way.

Priced at £6.49

Available at Boots and Superdrug

Longevity is average. It didn’t really last long when I sampled it on myself.

Recommendation:
I have never done contouring make-up my whole life until recently. I have an Asian tan skin tone, and I fear that contouring and or Bronzing makeup will make me look tanner than I already am. Given a choice, I prefer highlighting and brightening up my face that’s why I’ve always skipped the topic when it comes to contour and bronzing. For those who have just started trying on makeup and are wanting to learn the basic, I would recommend buying a kit like this before deciding to invest in a better product or high end ones.
