My very first Elizabeth Arden perfume was their Green Tea Eau de Parfum. I fell in love with it as it smells like a fresh morning, invigorating to the senses and clean. It is not sickly sweet nor florally. I’m sorry. Describing a scent into details is very hard to do, but at least that is how EA Green Tea smells like for me.
Over time, I got swoon to using other perfume brands and colognes. There were too many brands to mention and then I’ve forgotten about Elizabeth Arden. Until recently. ..
I was in Brighton for a weekend get away with my husband that when I bought Elizabeth Arden White Tea Eau de Toilette. We made a little detour to Boots to get a couple of toiletries “only”. Well, that was the original plan.
As you enter Boots in Brighton, you will have to pass by first the fragrance section. Tricky, isn’t it? But I like it. That’s when I got a whiff of EA White Tea scent that made me turn my head, walk back and hunt it down like a mouse hunting cheese. Though this perfume doesn’t smell anything like cheese.
Elizabeth Arden White Tea Perfume Review
If you fancy something girly, sweet and sexy, Elizabeth Arden White Tea is nothing like that. It smells of a musky and woody scent, but feminine with notes of citrus scent because of Mandarin Orange. It’s like an everyday perfume for me more than for special and intimate occasions.
It is a lovely fragrance that all I can think of is freshness that last all day. It’s like I showered and I still smell like the same even when I get to bed at night. Just a spritz brings me back to that happy memories that my husband and I spent in Brighton and it was lovely!
And along that note, Elizabeth Arden has swooned me all over again! Without a doubt, I will repurchase the same when I finished this bottle.
Available at Boots: £26.00 (50ml) / £36.00 (£100ml)
