Here are my top five January 2017 nail paints favorites featuring Revlon, Rimmel London, Barry M, Fearne and Avon.
Ever since the holiday season and up to now, I have sported mostly bold colors on my nails non-stop. I think it has something to do with the holiday fever effect that I’m always drawn to these shades up to now. Although my nails are looking a little poorly stained now due to hard-wearing, I didn’t really mind and I cannot be much happier!
My Top 5 January 2017 Nail Paints Favorites:
This is a deep red shade which is very gorgeous on the nails and impressively long staying. It is an iconic holiday shade yet still wearable even on summertime.
2. Rimmel London Rita Ora Go Wild-er-ness
Apart from having my nails gone bold, I’m also sporting this one as a little breather. I’m never gone tired of this shade ever as it is very pretty on the nails and it looks yummy just like ice cream!
3. Barry M Nail Paint Black
My inner gothic soul is on point this month! I have wanted to get a black nail paint hence when I saw this on the stand, I didn’t think twice. The consistency is thick thus applying one coat goes a long way!
4. Fearne High Tide
This is a stunning, soft metallic shade like midnight blue. I am super impressed that this paint doesn’t dry-up even though I got it for a couple of years now! High Tide is one of the oldies in my collection but still a goodie. I am not sure if you can still get this in the drugstore. But if you do, make sure to give it a try as it is worth more than it looks!
5. AVON Gel Finish Roses Are Red P812
This shade makes me think of Lindybop. I love its retro, bright red shade for life! And it is a very Marilyn Monroe-ish too! It look hot on the nails AF! Love it!
