Think about the lighting and the quietness of the surroundings. You can also design this to your own preference and include things that give you calm and serenity when you do your meditation.

2. Take time don’t rush

Try not to burden yourself to endeavour sitting still for 60 minutes per day. Five minutes to start with is sufficient. Then as you go along, you can increment the time you spent meditating as your comfort level develops.

Many individuals swear by they can meditate while sitting in a lotus position or crossed-legged. This however, isn’t a valid position. Truth be told, this position isn’t workable for everyone.

You can also sit at your own comfort with both feet on the floor or lie on your back with your legs straight and your feet marginally separated. Simply make certain that your spine and body are adjusted comfortably.

4. Focus on breathing

Devote a time and day to do your meditation. Scheduling your meditation at the same time every day will make your adapted to meditation.
