Review of the Vitamasque Pomegranate Moisturising, Lifting and Firming Face Mask. Find out how pomegranate is necessary to your skincare routine.

The need for a face mask in my beauty routine is a MUST! Particularly now that we are experiencing the cold and bitter month of November. My skin is dry and a little dull looking in all the right places. Well, I can only speak for myself. But who else here doesn’t love the thought of having a soft, supple and younger looking skin, eh? I don’t know about you, but I DO!

So when Vitamasque contacted me and inquired if I would like to do a review of their face mask, I said yes right away. I don’t have many experiences and stories to tell when it comes to using a facial sheet mask. But I actually love the idea of it. Like I’ve always said before, give me a good skin care product, plus it is affordable, then I will love you evermore!

I received a couple of face mask from different beauty boxes that I am subscribed to. And I couldn’t get more excited in doing at home skin care and beauty pamper every day. This product claimed:

“Vitamasque Pomegranate Moisturising, Lifting and Firming Face Mask is a luxurious face mask inspired by Korean innovation to restore a smooth, supple complexion. Developed with triple layer sheet technology for maximum effect and absorption, the treatment utilises extracts of Pomegranate to moisturise and condition, whilst delivering a tightening action for skin that appears refined and toned.”

How does pomegranate benefits our skin?

This gorgeous looking fruit has a mighty antioxidant power. It nurtures the skin and prevent damage caused due to free radicals and aids in cellular regeneration. It is likewise a good source of vitamins A, C and E as well as folic acid, which are all good for the skin and cell production. Pomegranate is also a natural aid for exfoliating dead cells present on the skin.

Well! Isn’t that lovely, I must say!

Application of the face mask is dead easy. On clean face, put the mask and leave it on for 20 minutes. Don’t worry if you are a face mask newbie. You will not get lost in the zone putting this mask on. There are holes on the sheet where your eyes, nose and lips should be placed. I like to gently massage the gel serum on my face and neck after removing the mask.

Then let it air dry for my skin to fully seep on the good juice of this face mask. It dries up smoothly on the skin and doesn’t feel sticky at all. The quantity of the gel serum is more than enough to cover my face, neck, hands and even share some to my husband John.

The mild, sweet scent of pomegranate is rejuvenating and delicious to smell. I find that some firming and lifting beauty products cause an after effect of feeling discomforted and super tightening of the skin afterwards, which I do not particularly like. And I am very glad that I didn’t get that issue with this face mask when I try first try them on. But instead, I feel beautiful and glowing afterwards!
